Aske Østergård
Co-founder and CEO

Aske has more than 11 years of international experience in marketing research and consulting. He has spent the majority of his career in Asia consulting multinational as well as local marketers. Prior to founding Decision Lab, he built up and led Epinion, from a bold idea into a leading and ground-breaking market research company. Since 2014, he has devoted most of his time to research efficiency and effectiveness of digital advertising in Vietnam.

Luu Ngoc Tram
Consultant, Digital Measurement Service

Tram holds an Economic and Statistic degree from University College London and has a strong background in data analysis and interpretation. She joined Decision Lab in 2019 as a consultant and is now specialised in digital
media research.

Ninja Van, Southeast Asia's leading express logistics provider, launched in the Philippines in 2016. Since then, its Philippine arm has reached 95% coverage of the Philippine population, expanding its fleet to 8,000 riders and 170 delivery stations, serving a wide range of e-commerce players, including Shopee and Lazada.

Martin Cu graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature/Letters from Boston University. Prior to Ninja Van Philippines, he has acquired marketing experience in both HOOQ and Zalora. This has equipped him with knowledge of the e-commerce space and ability to solve problems in a rational manner.

His vision is for Ninja Van Philippines to be the preferred logistics service provider while ensuring there is a Ninja within reach of any consumer in Philippines. In his spare time, he enjoys collecting sneakers and comic books, travelling and eating.
